This is Appendix 2_1 Data for the publication
"Using Correlative Science, Open Access Big Data and Ensemble Machine Learning to Track Contamination Signals in the Wild: A first landscape-scale prediction for the Himalayan Vulture (Gyps himalayensis) associated with Diclofenac in Asia"
by Karmacharya et al.
This dataset describes compiled predictor layers for the Himalayan Vulture, as an ASCII text file and a ESRI grid files
in a decimal degress latitude and longitude WGS84 projection file for the study area of Asia, including Hindu Kush Himalaya.
These are pixel data layers to be used in GIS.
Data are usually geotiffs and carry a legend (no attribute table; one entity no other attributes per layer)
The predictors are described in the Methods of the manuscript and include BIOCIM, DEM,landuse , and proxomity layers to roads, rand farms,.
This is Appendix 2_1 out of 6.
The appendix 2 is divided into three zip files due to size.
2_1 covers the actual overlay lattice and the proximity directories.
2_2 covers the larger bioclim, DEMs, landcover, etc layers
2_3 covers the remaining files, e.g. grid proximity files
