Appendix 5: Data for Himalaya Vulture and Diclofenac correlation (Publication Karmacharya et al.2025)

This is Appendix 5 Data for the publication "Using Correlative Science, Open Access Big Data and Ensemble Machine Learning to Track Contamination Signals in the Wild: A first landscape-scale prediction for the Himalayan Vulture (Gyps himalayensis) associated with Diclofenac in Asia" by Karmacharya et al. It has two columns: A scored lattice point file (ESRI shapefile) file with decimal degrees latitude and longitude WGS84 geographic projection for the study area of Asia, including Hindu Kush Himalaya. It is spaced app. 10km * 10km and shows predicted Himalayan Vulture score done with randomForest per pixel; for details see references cited here and in the MS. The prediction is expressed through a Relative Index of Occurrence (RIO). The second column shows the diclofenac column and was overlaid from the Font et al map in GIS; as described per Methods in the manuscript. There are the long/complete raw version and a clean version without 0 gaps (12034 rows). It's one entity with the score attribute of the predicted Himalayan Vulture and the diclofenac attribute.
