Appendix 6: Data for Himalaya Vulture and Diclofenac correlation (Publication Karmacharya et al.2025)

This is Appendix 6 Data for the publication "Using Correlative Science, Open Access Big Data and Ensemble Machine Learning to Track Contamination Signals in the Wild: A first landscape-scale prediction for the Himalayan Vulture (Gyps himalayensis) associated with Diclofenac in Asia" by Karmacharya et al. This dataset describes compiled presence records for the Himalayan Vulture, as an ASCII text file and a ESRI shapefille in a decimal degrees latitude and longitude WGS84 projection file for the study area of Asia, including Hindu Kush Himalaya. These data were collected in Humla, Nepal in a field inventory project via Rinzin LLama and team, and are used for model prediction validation. They do not come from a research design and are essentially opportunistic presence records. The entity data consist of coordinates and a label of presence as attribute. This is Appendix 6 out of 6.
