    Description
UAG R-168, Final Report. Preface excerpt: This report presents the results of a program intended to explore the relations between ground-based auroral observations at College and satellite-based observations of the auroral primary particles, the radiation belt and the magnetosphere. The radio wave absorption aspects of the auroral phenomenon were given major emphasis.
