Abstract
The Juneau-Douglas Community College is jointly sponsored by the Juneau-Douglas Independent School District and the University of Alaska. It is accredited by the Northwest Association of Secondary and Higher Schools through the University of Alaska. It offers the first two years of College work, and vocational and interest courses to the adults of the Gastineau Channel area.
