This report provides a basis for future evaluations of gender-specific caseloads in Alaska and provides materials which to help in formulating future programs and evaluations. Three tasks were involved in setting a base for future evaluations of the program: reviewing recent literature on female delinquency and gender-specific programming; developing a local resource manual of services for girls and young women in the Anchorage area; and establishing baseline data on female delinquency in Alaska, with particular focus on female delinquency in Anchorage.en_US
