Description

The February 1978 issue of the Alaska Justice Forum presents articles on police officers who file civil suits for personal injury or defamation; the pros and cons of legal specialization; and the second of six articles on the law on confessions, focusing on the questions of what constitutes "custody" and what constitutes an "interrogation."
